Edelman and Unilever recently partnered with Versus to create a series of online and in-store videos to introduce and excite customers to the new ApotheCARE Essentials brand. Versus was tasked with creating a unique approach to these videos that would illustrate how this new line of products from Unilever sets them apart from other brands in the category.
Versus began by tapping into the patented ApotheCARE approach by highlighting their precise and sophisticated attitude towards fragrance, hair and skincare through delicate typography and evocative CG animation. By showcasing the perfect blend of nature and science behind ApotheCARE Essentials, Versus created a video canvas that let bold, yet fluid visuals pop while sophisticated typographic treatments called out the brand’s key messaging.
Versus was responsible for the design, animation, and editorial for this campaign, which was comprised of one long form edit for all products, as well as distinct videos catered to the Fragrance, Hair Care, and Skincare lines.
